They told me they would be giving me competitive pricing and then used Covid as an excuse to raise my prices by twice what the competition did without telling me! And then when I complained, their 90-year old delivery man called me a "pain in the ass!" Don't be fooled by the owner's friendly demeanor, she's a ruthless con artist who doesn't have a clue how to treat the customer!
